What we need before testing.
Authorization. Confirmation that the client controls or is authorized to provide the target.
Workflow. One bounded workflow or lifecycle to evaluate.
Invariant. What should remain true across the tested transition.
Environment. A safe test/staging environment or artifact when side effects could matter.
Boundaries. Explicit exclusions, data restrictions and unacceptable side effects.
Applicable lifecycle pressure.
The exact matrix is selected from conditions relevant to the workflow: restart, retry, replay, reconnect, duplicate delivery/execution, handoff, supersession, state recovery, provenance and partial external effects.
Evidence shaped for engineering.
Baseline. What passed before lifecycle pressure.
Finding. Expected invariant, observed behavior, trigger and practical impact.
Reproduction. Repeatable steps or harness evidence where possible.
Limitations. What the evidence does not establish.
Review. Findings walkthrough and remediation-oriented discussion.
Retest. One targeted repair retest for an identified finding.
